This analyst supports Canadian Tire’s Post-Purchase Program within the Product Quality Organization. You will help expand spare part and repair support, analyze opportunities, and improve customer perceptions. The work involves reporting, vendor performance, financial processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate opportunities to increase supported product SKUs
Analyze financial feasibility for Post-Purchase initiatives
Monitor vendor service standards and financial status
Maintain program reporting tools and processes
Manage responses to online reviews and customer questions
Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in business or similar
Advanced MS Excel, basic programming, and basic MS Access
Strong business and financial acumen
Effective communication, presentation, and project management skills
Two or more years of retail business experience
