Apply investigation, negotiation, and policy knowledge as an Auto Claims Advisor with TD Insurance at its Etobicoke Auto Centre.
In this onsite position, you will support customers following automobile accidents and facilitate claims across varying levels of complexity. You will research coverage scenarios, verify documentation, assess vehicle damage estimates, and pursue fair, equitable settlements. Collaboration with vendors and stakeholders remains central.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, organize, and verify claim information and documentation
Research coverage scenarios and apply findings to files
Investigate evidence and identify data or report discrepancies
Negotiate positive outcomes when reasonably possible
Collaborate with Enterprise, repair shops, and internal partners
Requirements:
Claims adjusting experience preferred, though specific experience is not required
Thorough investigation and analytical abilities
Clear written communication and active listening skills
Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
CIP designation pursuit preferred
Use claims investigation, coverage analysis, and negotiation expertise to help TD Insurance deliver fair auto claim resolutions.
