Lead Bayshore Healthcare’s Halifax operation through people leadership, financial management, and high-quality healthcare service delivery on-site. Guide approximately 400 employees and strengthen client relationships.
As Area Director, you will oversee a complex healthcare operation within Bayshore Healthcare’s national third-party business division. The position combines operational leadership, business development, contract management, and financial accountability. You will also support clinical and operational leaders while maintaining service, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic direction for the Halifax branch
Establish priorities, expectations, and leadership accountabilities
Coach and develop operational and clinical leaders
Maintain quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Manage budgets, forecasting, expenses, and financial analysis
Requirements:
Progressive healthcare operational and people leadership experience
Experience managing complex service environments
Strong financial management and forecasting experience
Experience managing healthcare-related contracts
Understanding of Nova Scotia’s healthcare landscape
Bring operational leadership, financial discipline, and healthcare expertise to Bayshore Healthcare’s Halifax service operation.
