Skilled operatives are needed for water infrastructure projects with Ward & Burke, supporting Thames Water and Southern Water Works full time. Experienced applicants are sought.
This opportunity is for experienced Groundworkers and Machine Operators joining Ward & Burke’s growing team. You will support complex infrastructure projects while working alongside experienced site teams. Hands-on experience and mentoring are available as part of the work. Applicants must hold a full UK driver’s licence. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this position.
Key Responsibilities:

Support complex infrastructure projects for water works
Perform groundworker duties on active project sites
Operate site machinery as required
Collaborate with experienced site teams
Build skills through hands-on experience and mentoring
Requirements:

Experienced Groundworker or Machine Operator
Full UK driver’s licence required
Availability for full-time work
