TotalCare Concierge seeks a dedicated Personal Support Worker for individuals receiving care at home. The work includes personal care, meals, housekeeping, mobility support, and companionship. You will also monitor changes, support cognitive impairments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals on individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care
Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
Maintain clean living areas through laundry and housekeeping
Provide companionship and support social activities
Monitor health or behavior changes and report appropriately
Requirements:

Relevant training or home care experience
Current CPR and First Aid Certification
Reliable vehicle, Class 5 license, and mobile data device
Strong, prompt, and respectful communication skills
Knowledge of dementia, disability, or terminal illness care
Support Calgary clients with personal care, companionship, safety, and responsive communication as a dedicated TotalCare Concierge caregiver.
