Saje Assistant Store Manager

Lead Saje retail performance through people development, business acumen, and excellent community member service in the store environment.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager leads key business aspects while supporting global wellness. This leader balances operations, productivity, profitability, and a people-centric approach. The role focuses on People, Operations, Visual Merchandising, and Community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:

Attract, hire, and train committed Team Members
Develop, retain, and coach Team Members consistently
Partner on annual and quarterly growth strategies
Achieve revenue, conversion, loyalty, and labour targets
Uphold presentation standards and merchandising opportunities
Requirements:

Deep understanding of retail environments
Proven sales floor leadership experience
