Bring adaptability to licensed early learning classrooms as a Supply Classroom Educator with Childventures Early Learning Academy. Support children’s growth through engaging, responsive care.
This educator provides flexible coverage across classrooms or centres as operational needs require. Reporting to Centre Directors or Team Mentors, you will support curriculum delivery, supervision, documentation, and program consistency. The work serves children’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development while maintaining safe, inclusive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support various classrooms or centres when operationally required
Foster relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Collaborate with educators, mentors, and Centre Directors
Follow health, safety, and licensing standards
Assist quality assurance processes and inspections
Requirements:
Experience in licensed childcare is an asset
Hold an eligible ECE, ECA, CYW/CYC, or OCT credential
Maintain good standing with applicable registration
Understand the Child Care and Early Years Act
Be legally authorized to work in Canada
Use your flexibility, collaboration, and early learning knowledge to strengthen classroom continuity across Childventures campuses.
