This Warehouse Specialist role supports warehouse, inventory, receiving, and shipping activities at Saab Canada, Inc. You will maintain internal inventory records, prepare domestic and international shipments, and verify incoming materials. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the internal inventory database with precision
Prepare domestic and international shipments, including HAZMAT
Verify deliveries against accompanying documentation
Conduct inventory audits and stocktaking activities
Coordinate shipment and inventory needs with suppliers
Requirements:
High school diploma
Two to three years warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving experience
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, email, and Teams
Accurate paperwork management and strong organizational skills
Ability to lift twenty kilograms and work outdoors
Bring inventory control, shipping preparation, and careful documentation to Saab Canada’s Dartmouth warehouse operations and collaborative small team.
