Heavy Equipment Service Foreman

Lead heavy equipment service operations for Brandt Tractor Ltd at the Vernon Construction & Forestry location. Organize technicians, dispatch work, and protect repair quality.
This Foreman supervises Service Technicians within the Vernon Service Department. The work combines quality control, technician mentoring, customer communication, work-order administration, and department cost management. Candidates with heavy equipment mechanical experience, service department experience, and leadership ability are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize daily service work and dispatch technicians
Supervise technicians and maintain repair quality control
Advise, mentor, and identify technician training needs
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
Manage work orders, costs, and department profitability
Requirements:
Certified Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or equivalent
Previous heavy equipment mechanical experience is an asset
Experience working in a service department setting
Strong organizational skills and ability to lead others
Basic Microsoft Office skills and after-hours availability required
Bring heavy equipment expertise, technician leadership, and service coordination skills to Brandt’s Vernon department as Foreman.
