Banquet and Bar Captain Rogers Centre
Aramark International
Lead banquet and bar service at Rogers Centre with customer service, staff supervision, and event operations expertise. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.
Aramark seeks a Banquet and Bar Captain guided by Operations leadership. You will supervise banquet staff, coordinate culinary service, manage guest and client needs, and uphold event standards. The position supports setup, service, teardown, briefings, inventory, and workplace safety across multiple events.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise banquet operations, staff, and guests during events
Assign server, bartender, cashier, and coat-check duties
Coordinate culinary teams and monitor buffet and bar replenishment
Prepare briefings, consumption reports, and bar inventory sheets
Enforce service, hygiene, uniform, and safety standards
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two or more years in banquet management, supervision, or captain duties
Large-volume, concurrent event facility experience
Current Ontario Smart Serve Certification and legal drinking age
Excellent oral and written communication skills
