Represent La Vie en Rose as an Acting Assistant Manager focused on femininity, product expertise, and warm customer service. Lead by example daily.
This permanent, full-time position supports the manager across sales, human resources, marketing, visual presentation, and administration. You will bring the brand vision, mission, and culture to life while helping employees develop. The work includes recruiting, training, scheduling, evaluations, and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and explain product quality, materials, and features
Communicate brand culture and sales goals
Recruit, prepare, and train future employees
Participate in store team performance evaluations
Create inviting displays using established planograms
Requirements:
