Serve TD Canada Trust customers in Bowmanville as a Personal Banking Associate Trainee using banking advice and relationship-building skills.
This trainee position supports Personal & Commercial Banking at a TD branch. You will address service transactions, digital education, banking questions, and customer problem resolution while guiding clients toward appropriate solutions. Training and onboarding support development in the branch environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Address customers’ day-to-day banking advice and service needs
Guide customers to appropriate staff for banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete accurate business processes and documentation
Requirements:
High School diploma or one-plus years of relevant experience
Complete Investment Funds Canada certification within 90 days
Use MS Office, branch software, and internet tools
Communicate effectively with customers and related teams
Demonstrate organizational, planning, and time-management skills
