Fredericton Student Home Services is a growing company based in Ottawa that is looking for a Sales Manager to help generate clients, maintain relations and drive sales. The position includes bonus incentives, autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay.
This role is for an individual looking to take on a leadership role, training and managing workers, dealing with clients and day-to-day scheduling.
Training and development will be continuously provided as long as candidate is coachable, hard-working and willing to learn.
Requirements
We’re looking for a manager with a valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, high school diploma, and preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary).

Generating leads from door to door marketing and online content
Managing clients and expectations.
Selling work.
Delivering quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and business owner.
Manage day to day project tasks for properly providing services to clients.
