Dynamite Fashion Team Lead

Lead customer experiences at Dynamite with fashion expertise and strong interpersonal skills in an onsite store environment at Metropolis at Metrotown.
Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead supports store success through customer relationships, sales, inventory management, and visual merchandising. This retail leadership role contributes to daily operations while maintaining brand presentation standards. The position also supports shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote positive shopping experiences for every customer
Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships
Optimize inventory management and increase sales
Maintain visual merchandising standards and directives
Process shipments, replenish sales floors, and fulfill eCom orders
Requirements:
High school diploma
One year of team lead experience preferred
Two years of retail experience is an asset
Fashion passion and customer-oriented approach
Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
