This Recruiter role supports day-to-day talent acquisition within a major financial institution’s branch banking lines. You will work collaboratively with a seven-member team, conduct five to six video interviews daily, and consult with hiring managers. The position requires managing 30–40 requisitions concurrently while delivering measurable recruitment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, interview, and manage offers throughout recruitment cycles
Conduct five to six video interviews each day
Manage 30–40 concurrent requisitions across business lines
Consult with hiring managers about business needs
Attend recruitment events within the GTA
Requirements:
Five to seven years of recruitment or HR experience
Full-cycle recruitment or recruitment coordination experience
Strong corporate-level verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Strong organization, detail orientation, and sense of urgency
