Key Responsibilities:

Make vacation rental reservations by phone and email
Process payments for Vacation Rental Properties stays
Greet, welcome, and check in arriving guests
Answer questions about local attractions, activities, and amenities
Reconcile transactions at the end of each shift
Requirements:

Use the WebRezPro property management system
Respond to guest concerns timely and respectfully
Follow company procedures during on-site emergencies
Keep the Vacations Office neat and tidy
Assist the Housekeeping team when needed
