Forbes Bros. Group of Companies is hiring a Fleet Lead to support dependable fleet operations across the assigned region. This full-time, permanent position leads maintenance activities, reviews major repairs, and considers asset history, mileage, utilization, age, and cost-effectiveness. Travel to project sites is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead maintenance teams completing repairs and preventive servicing
Review major repairs with the Fleet Director
Analyze equipment performance and recommend replacements
Maintain safe, organized shops and yards
Audit pre-trip inspections and fleet compliance
Requirements:

Five years’ minimum fleet management or related experience
Three years’ minimum maintenance supervision experience
Ability to manage maintenance schedules and teams
Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements
Strong organizational and written communication skills
