SMCP in Montreal seeks an Assistant Brand Manager to elevate client experience, coach the team, and drive store performance for Sandro and Maje. You will support the Brand Manager, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional service while upholding SMCP’s Parisian-inspired luxury aesthetic.
You will lead by example on clienteling, wardrobing, and product knowledge, helping the team achieve KPIs and maintain visual standards in a fast-paced boutique environment.
