Use customer service and communication skills as an Automotive Delivery Specialist at Mercedes-Benz Markham, supporting vehicle deliveries in the Greater Toronto Area.
This Delivery Specialist position supports Sales Consultants after vehicle sales are completed. You will manage administrative duties, prepare vehicles, perform client deliveries, and support introductions to Service and Parts. The role offers an entry point into the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate paperwork with F&I Managers and Sales Consultants
Pre-check vehicles two hours before scheduled delivery
Complete vehicle deliveries with clients
Obtain signatures and finalize delivery paperwork
Explain CSI surveys and introduce Service and Parts
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Clear Driver's Abstract
Professional appearance and strong business acumen
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Build automotive experience through vehicle preparation, client delivery, administrative coordination, and customer communication at Mercedes-Benz Markham.
