Heavy Civil Project Coordinator

Coordinate heavy civil construction projects in the Fredericton Region using project management, cost tracking, and construction survey skills.
Philson Ltd seeks a Project Coordinator supporting Field Supervisors, Project Managers, Superintendents, and Site Foremen. The work spans site development, road building, underground utilities, and water/wastewater treatment. Projects typically range from $500,000 to $30,000,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and update project management packages
Monitor cost tracking using Trimble B2W Track
Complete construction layout and as-built drawings
Conduct surveys, takeoffs, and three-dimensional volume calculations
Assist billing, cost analysis, and on-site quality control
Requirements:
CET, P.Tech designation or diploma, or EIT preferred
At least two years civil construction or engineering experience
Experience with construction surveying and layout
Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word experience
Topcon GPS equipment experience considered an asset
