Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports as an Accountant using intermediate Excel and accounting systems experience.
This Accountant role supports reliable financial reporting through monthly and ad-hoc accounting activities. You will contribute to consolidated financial statements, variance analyses, and quarterly regulatory filings. The position also involves audit support, process improvements, and cross-departmental projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate monthly and ad-hoc journal entries
Complete reconciliations supporting timely financial reporting
Prepare financial reports for reliable reporting
Contribute to consolidated financial statements and variance analyses
Support regulatory filings, audits, and process improvements
Requirements:
Four or more years of progressive accounting experience
Exposure to IFRS 17
Analytical thinking and independent working ability
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Pursuing or planning to pursue a CPA designation
Apply accounting expertise, financial reporting knowledge, IFRS 17 exposure, and analytical skills across varied accounting priorities.
