Key Responsibilities:

Draft and negotiate manufacturing and supply agreements
Review logistics, transportation, warehousing, and vendor contracts
Advise partners on commercial risks and practical solutions
Support procurement, sourcing, and supplier engagement programs
Improve legal templates, training, and self-service resources
Requirements:

J.D. or LL.B. and Canadian or US law society membership
Four-plus years of experience stated for the engagement
Five-plus years of legal experience in qualifications
