This Senior Loss Adjuster role requires extensive claims handling knowledge and strong investigative capability. You will assess property, motor, and liability claims, determine policy coverage, prepare reports, negotiate settlements, and manage complex or potentially litigated caseloads. The position supports accurate, timely claims resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Investigate assigned claims and gather evidence promptly
Interview claimants, witnesses, and relevant parties
Assess damage, loss, and policy coverage
Prepare findings, assessments, and settlement recommendations
Negotiate settlements and manage complex claims
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification or professional insurance certification
At least five years as a Loss Adjuster
Experience handling property, motor, and liability claims
Strong analysis, problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills
Remote independence, software proficiency, driving license, and travel willingness
Bring senior claims investigation, coverage assessment, and settlement negotiation expertise to insurance work across South Africa from Kimberley.
