Berezan Hospitality Group seeks an experienced, people-focused Liquor Store Manager for its Berezan LRS team. You will oversee daily operations, develop employees, and support sales and profitability. The position centers on welcoming shopping experiences, efficient execution, and consistent company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and support employees
Deliver outstanding customer service
Maintain displays, merchandising, and store presentation
Oversee inventory, availability, and stock management
Monitor sales, budgets, and performance targets
Requirements:

Previous liquor store experience preferred
Two years of management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and employee development skills
Inventory, merchandising, and sales target experience
Communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
