Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a
Licensed 433A Millwright
on behalf of a client in Mississauga.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned maintenance professional with strong experience in
conveyor systems, fabrication, welding, and industrial maintenance . The successful candidate will become a key member of the night shift maintenance team, supporting equipment reliability and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair conveyor systems and material handling equipment
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance activities
Replace and repair bearings, gearboxes, motors, pulleys, chains, and belts
Complete fabrication, welding, and equipment modification work as required
Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis
Maintain a safe work environment while supporting continuous plant operations
Qualifications
Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License
Several years of industrial maintenance experience post-certification
Strong experience with conveyor systems and mechanical power transmission equipment
Proficient with MIG welding, stick welding, and oxy-acetylene cutting
Experience with fabrication, rigging, hand tools, and power tools
Ability to troubleshoot independently in a fast-paced industrial environment
Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
Preferred Background
Experience within:
Recycling and waste management
Material handling and distribution
Manufacturing
Automotive
Heavy industrial environments
$44-$48/hr
