As a Radiation Therapist I, you will prepare, plan, and deliver ionizing radiation treatments according to Radiation Oncologist prescriptions. Allan Blair Cancer Centre supports this work within Radiation Therapy, under daily supervision from a Radiation Therapist II. The role reports to the Provincial Leader or Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate ionizing radiation treatments for cancer patients
Plan treatments according to Radiation Oncologist prescriptions
Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments
Operate treatment unit controls with fine motor accuracy
Maintain patient confidentiality during radiation therapy services
Requirements:

Bachelor degree or diploma in Radiation Therapy
Basic Life Saver certification
Licensed with CMRIPS in Saskatchewan
Membership with CAMRT
No previous experience required
Apply radiation therapy methods, careful treatment control, and therapeutic communication as a Radiation Therapist I in Regina.
