Red Seal Industrial Machinist

Precision machining expertise meets oil and gas work for an on-site Machinist using conventional and computer-controlled machine tools. English communication is required.
This Machinist role requires five years or more of experience and a machinist trade certification. Work includes interpreting engineering drawings, calculating tolerances, and assembling close-tolerance components. The position supports repair, setup, calibration, and inspection activities within the oil and gas industry. Candidates need accuracy and dependable work habits.
Key Responsibilities:

Compute machine-part dimensions and tolerances
Interpret drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
Set up conventional and computer-controlled machine tools
Repair machine tools and machine parts
Document deviations and maintain inspection records
Requirements:

Five years or more of experience
Other trades certificate or diploma
Machinist Trade Certification
Machinist Red Seal Endorsement
Tools and steel-toed safety boots
Apply precision measurement, machine setup, and inspection expertise as an on-site Machinist serving oil and gas operations.
