Driver Training Route Supervisor

Strengthen driver performance and training in Woodstock as an Emterra Group Route Supervisor. Support safe, reliable collection operations every day.
Reporting to the District Manager, this hands-on supervisor assists with collection operations and municipal contract needs. You will assess driver behaviours, deliver required training, address performance concerns, and maintain customer relations. The position also supports staffing and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver company policy and industry training to drivers
Observe driver behaviour and identify performance issues
Develop action plans to correct identified performance concerns
Maintain courteous, prompt, and efficient customer relations
Ensure a healthy and safe working environment
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience performing pre and post trip inspections
Experience conducting accident investigations
Intermediate Microsoft database, spreadsheet, and word processing skills
Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute against tight timelines
Bring driver training, communication, and safety capabilities to Emterra Group’s Woodstock collection operations as Route Supervisor.
