Xona
Own full-cycle recruiting with Ashby at Xona in Montreal, supporting technical and non-technical hiring onsite. Bilingual communication is essential.
This Recruiter role suits someone early in their recruiting career with at least two years of full-cycle experience. You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate candidate activity, and support Xona’s growing Canadian team. The work spans technical environments, scalable processes, and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Own recruiting from sourcing through offers for Montreal roles
Define requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles with hiring managers
Maintain scalable talent acquisition processes aligned with Xona standards
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers using Ashby
Support employer branding, campaigns, and virtual or in-person events
Requirements:
At least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Fluency in written and spoken English and French
Recruiting experience in startup, high-growth, or technical environments
Familiarity with aerospace, satellite, GNSS, or deep-tech industries
Full-time onsite availability in Montreal; no remote or hybrid work
