This Construction Site Inspector assignment combines site oversight with civil engineering technician duties. You will ensure construction follows plans and specifications, compile quantities for payment applications, and prepare daily reports. The role also includes Civil 3D design, drawing preparation, and specification drafting with an engineer.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure construction complies with plans and specifications
Compile quantities for required payment application documents
Monitor materials and document daily site activities
Prepare as-built notes and sketches
Produce Civil 3D drawings and technical specifications
Requirements:

Civil engineering Diploma of College Studies
Minimum five years of construction inspection experience
Valid Québec license with ability to travel province-wide
ASP Construction certification
Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD proficiency
Use construction inspection and civil engineering technician skills to support CJA projects from Magog and across Québec.
