Route Service Pest Technician

Operate a service route from Victoria, BC, protecting homes and businesses through pest inspections, treatment applications, and courteous customer visits.
Rentokil Terminix’s certified technicians use innovative technologies to deliver pest control solutions across Canada. This route-based position involves studying infestation reports, selecting treatments, operating a company truck, and maintaining service equipment. You will work independently after training while building customer relationships and identifying additional services that provide value.
Key Responsibilities:
Study reports and determine treatment types for infestations
Inspect interiors and exteriors on recurring schedules
Operate the company truck during service routes
Maintain service equipment and submit electronic documentation
Build relationships through friendly, helpful service visits
Requirements:
Ability to work independently after completing training
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills
Attention to detail during inspections and documentation
Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends or on-call shifts
Willingness to pass background screening and MVR checks
Bring route experience, independent work habits, and customer-focused communication to Rentokil Terminix service operations in Victoria.
