Part Time Assistant Store Manager
DOLLAR TREE STORES CANADA, INC.
Support Dollar Tree store operations in Yorkton as a part time Assistant Store Manager focused on customer service and team development.
This Assistant Store Manager helps the Store Manager oversee daily activities, customer concerns, merchandise flow, and associate development. The position requires communication, organization, problem solving, and decision making skills. Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug stores is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily store functions and operational activities
Address customer questions and concerns positively
Transfer merchandise and maintain seasonal areas
Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to interpret and explain operational directives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Retail, grocery, or drug store management experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
