Serve Money Mart customers in Edmonton through personal lending, cash handling, and clear financial service guidance at the 10003B 102 St. branch.
As a Financial Service Representative, you will assess customer needs, recommend suitable products, and complete compliant transactions. The work combines sales, customer service, lending, payment arrangements, and branch operations. You will support responsible lending while following company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview customers for personal lending products and review financial information
Recommend and process loans, transfers, payments, and related services
Explain fees, repayment terms, renewals, and refinancing options
Verify customer information and maintain accurate records
Process cash and reconcile the drawer after each shift
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
One or more years in retail sales or similar work
One or more years in customer service and cash handling
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
English communication and basic Microsoft Office skills
Bring customer service, sales, lending, and cash-handling experience to Money Mart’s Edmonton branch while supporting compliant financial solutions.
