Process guest orders accurately as a Food Service Attendant at Victoria International Airport, using POS skills and clear communication. Work in a secure airport environment.
SSP Canada operates Tim Hortons, Fresh Cup, and Spinnakers on the Fly throughout Victoria International Airport. This Food Service Attendant role includes cashier duties, drink and food service, recipe adherence, and cleaning. You will greet guests, receive payments, and complete required checklists.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously and provide friendly service
Enter orders accurately into the POS system
Receive payments and process customer change
Serve hot, cold, and frozen drinks and food
Complete cleaning and opening or closing checklists
Requirements:
Preferred six months of food service experience
Preferred high school diploma
Verbal and written English communication abilities
Basic mathematics for cash register and payment duties
Required RAIC, work authorization, and security documentation
