Warehouse Operations Associate Pharmacy
Hims & Hers Health, Inc.
Organize pharmacy inventory and prepare patient shipments for Hims & Hers in North York, with onsite work Monday through Thursday, 9am-7pm.
This Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate position supports daily warehouse and pharmacy operations without focusing on prescription preparation or dispensing. You will manage incoming shipments, storage areas, replenishment, and order packing. Accuracy, organization, and efficient task prioritization help maintain established service levels for patient orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack patient orders accurately for shipment
Ensure orders meet established service levels efficiently
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Support general warehouse and operational tasks as needed
Receive and inspect incoming inventory shipments
Requirements:
Experience with fulfillment, shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations
Ability to work independently and contribute to teams
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Reliable approach and strong work ethic
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move inventory
Use dependable warehouse organization, shipping, and order fulfillment skills to support safe, efficient pharmacy operations for patients.
