Support accurate revenue collection as an Accounts Receivable Associate in Mississauga, verifying deposits, cash transactions, and credit card activity.
Genda Americas seeks an Accounts Receivable Associate for a six-month contract with strong possibility of becoming full-time. You will support the accounting team within a North American amusement machine business. The work focuses on reviewing, verifying, and posting deposits for North America Route operations while resolving transaction discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, verify, and post deposits for North America Route operations
Verify cash transactions and credit card transactions
Identify variances in recorded transactions
Resolve discrepancies affecting revenue accuracy and collection
Requirements:
One year of Accounts Receivable Accounting experience
Accounting, finance, or business diploma or degree preferred
Experience using an ERP system
Business Central, NAV, or Dynamics 365 strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Bring organized, accurate accounts receivable support to Genda Americas through deposit posting, transaction verification, and discrepancy resolution.
