This investigative position focuses on identifying theft patterns, monitoring behaviour, and reducing retail loss. You will support loss prevention strategies through surveillance, lawful apprehensions, incident reporting, and collaboration with store teams. Securiguard operates across retail and other sectors, with teams guided by Respect, Empathy, Accountability, Courtesy, and Honesty.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct undercover surveillance for theft and high-risk activity
Monitor behavioural patterns supporting loss prevention strategies
Perform lawful apprehensions under policy and training
Complete detailed, accurate incident reports
Collaborate with store teams and security professionals
Requirements:

Valid British Columbia Security Worker License
Advanced Security Training certification
Minimum two years of security experience
Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills
Composure during high-pressure situations
Bring surveillance, investigative judgment, and accurate reporting skills to Securiguard’s undercover loss prevention work across retail locations.
