Warehouse Lead Hand Vaughan

Coordinate warehouse operations and lead associates as a Warehouse Lead Hand in Vaughan, working onsite across afternoon shifts.
This contract-to-hire role supports the supervisor within a distribution centre and pipe yard. You will coordinate receiving, picking, replenishment, loading, returns, and pipe pickups. The position requires documentation accuracy, MTR/CRN knowledge, and clear team communication. You will also support training, shift handoffs, and safe work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide, train, and provide feedback to Warehouse Associates
Allocate receiving, picking, loading, and replenishment activities
Prepare workloads, resources, materials, and shift documentation
Support accurate pipe pickup preparation and loading
Communicate priorities and issues during shift handoffs
Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience in distribution or similar environments
Demonstrated leadership experience in warehouse or operations settings
High school diploma or equivalent education
MHE certification or ability to obtain it within three months
Ability to work consistent straight afternoon shifts onsite
Bring warehouse leadership, operational coordination, and documentation accuracy to Aerotek’s Vaughan distribution centre and pipe yard.
