Serve TD customers in L’Assomption with accurate financial transactions and thoughtful banking advice during an 18.75-hour work schedule.
As a Customer Experience Associate in Personal and Commercial Banking, you will support TD Canada Trust customers at the branch. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while understanding needs and recommending suitable banking solutions. The position also includes resolving concerns and completing business processes accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
Determine customer needs and recommend banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions and complete business processes
Connect personally with customers about banking processes
Requirements:
High School diploma or one-plus years relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
Bring customer experience, transaction accuracy, and banking solution knowledge to TD Canada Trust in L’Assomption, Quebec.
