Randstad Canada is seeking Forklift Operators for supply chain and manufacturing teams across the Guelph region. You will transport raw materials and finished goods using Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker, or Walkie equipment. The work also includes shipping, receiving, inventory scanning, and facility safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport raw materials and finished goods
Offload inbound trailers and stage outbound shipments
Maintain seamless inventory flow throughout facilities
Track inventory with handheld barcode scanners
Complete equipment inspections and follow safety protocols
Requirements:
Valid internal or external forklift certification preferred
Minimum one year distribution or manufacturing experience
Excellent attendance, focus, and collaborative attitude
Ability to maneuver heavy loads safely
High standards of speed and order accuracy
