Calgary Truck Parts Sales Specialist

Serve Calgary customers with truck and trailer parts knowledge at Fort Garry Industries. Support purchases, questions, and branch sales transactions.
This customer-forward Counter Sales Representative role serves customers in person and on the phone. You will help select and purchase heavy-duty parts and equipment while building long-lasting relationships. The position includes product advice, account assistance, transaction processing, and collaboration with branch team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Help customers select and purchase heavy-duty parts and equipment
Explain product applications, pricing, availability, and features
Assist with cash and national accounts
Process approved credits, invoices, freight billing, and product defects
Deliver parts or operate a forklift as assigned
Requirements:
One to five years in parts or similar industry sales
Parts technician trades program completion preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use ladders and walk through a large warehouse
