Human Resources Policy Supervisor

Human Resources Supervisors apply policy development and labour relations expertise on site at the physical work location. English is required for this position.
This Human Resources Supervisor plans, develops, implements, and evaluates human resources policies and programs. The position reviews HR projects for legal compliance, advises managers and employees, and manages training and development strategies. It also supports benefits, performance, classifications, and collective agreements.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and evaluate human resources policies and programs
Review HR projects for compliance with laws and regulations
Advise managers and employees on policies and agreements
Mediate labour disputes and grievances
Manage training and development strategies
Requirements:

College or CEGEP education
One to less than seven months of experience
English language proficiency
Availability to work at the physical location
Apply human resources policy, compliance, labour relations, and training expertise as an on site Human Resources Supervisor.
