Manufacturing Quality Lead Inspector

Lead manufacturing inspections in Tonawanda, NY, using technical drawings and specifications to verify accurate, customer-compliant products. This full-time role pays $23 per hour.
The Quality Lead supports quality assurance across incoming materials, work-in-process, and finished products. You will conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections while documenting issues and maintaining records. The role works closely with production employees on requirements, workmanship standards, and established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials, work-in-process, and finished products
Verify products against drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
Document non-conforming materials, products, and processes
Maintain NCRs, corrective actions, and inspection records
Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Prior manufacturing quality experience
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Effective written and verbal communication
