Microsoft Cloud Systems Administrator
CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures
Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra, and endpoint environments for CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures. Work hands-on in Banff with occasional remote-location travel.
This full-time, year-round Systems Administrator manages cloud and endpoint infrastructure while supporting servers and operational systems. You will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate changes, and provide Tier 2 assistance to users. The position also contributes to cybersecurity practices, lifecycle refreshes, and technical mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra, and Azure
Manage endpoint provisioning with Jamf, Intune, SCCM, Windows, and Mac
Troubleshoot issues and resolve root causes
Maintain operating system, firmware, appliance, and software patching
Communicate with stakeholders, vendors, users, and technical experts
Requirements:
Two-plus years supporting server, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure
Post-secondary education in a related field
Three-plus years of professional office experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
Apply Microsoft platform administration, endpoint management, and clear stakeholder communication across CMH's in-person Banff environment.
