Night Shift Dock Worker Forklift
Manitoulin Transport
Night shift dock work at Manitoulin Transport combines forklift experience with safe freight handling from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
As a Nightshift Dock Worker, you will organize shifts with Central Dispatch and other workers. The work includes loading trailers, distributing freight, documenting discrepancies, and maintaining clean warehouse areas. You will support safe, claims-free freight movement while following company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate shift setup with Central Dispatch and coworkers
Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
Distribute freight to pickup and delivery drivers
Document freight overages, shortages, and damages
Keep the yard and warehouse clean
Requirements:
Forklift experience is required
Strong organization skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
Ability to work safely in busy conditions
Availability for the 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. shift
Use forklift experience, organization, and safe handling skills to support Manitoulin Transport’s overnight dock operations.
