Senior Living Food Service Aide

Make meaningful connections with residents as a Dietary Aide at Sienna Senior Living. Use food preparation and customer service skills daily.
Working with the Long Term Care team, you will help residents live fully through thoughtful dietary support. Your work includes meal preparation, serving, menu orders, and attention to individual diets and food preferences. Clear communication supports residents and staff throughout the home.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare meals alongside the dietary services team
Serve meals according to residents’ needs
Record menu orders from residents
Sanitize dining rooms after setting and clearing tables
Maintain proper food handling practices
Requirements:

Safe Food Handler’s Certificate or willingness to obtain one
Commitment to compassionate senior support
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Possible food service experience in restaurants or hospitality
Successful Vulnerable Sector or Criminal Record Check
