Use technical expertise and customer service skills as an Inside Sales Representative in Edmonton, supporting industrial product solutions and sales growth.
The Bolt Supply House, Source Atlantic, and Soucie Salo seek an Inside Sales Representative for Edmonton, AB. Work cooperatively with outside sales and distribution teams to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet monthly sales quotas. Recommend industrial products, systems, and technical solutions while maintaining appropriate gross margins.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in person
Recommend products and solutions based on customer requirements
Process accurate quotes, proposals, and orders
Coordinate fulfillment with vendors and internal teams
Follow up after sales and address customer concerns
Requirements:
Two or more years of Inside Sales experience
Strong customer service and clear communication skills
Experience meeting sales targets and upselling products
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Computer, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems experience
Bring industrial sales knowledge, technical communication, and customer-focused problem-solving to Edmonton’s connected distribution team.
