Home Décor Retail Leadership Supervisor

Urban Barn is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor to lead customer experiences and team support at its Red Deer, Alberta store.
As part of a national furniture and home décor retailer, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager. The work combines customer décor guidance, operational support, coaching, and visual standards. Candidates need retail sales experience, customer service leadership, and flexible shift availability.
Key Responsibilities:

Create excellent shopping experiences for customers
Collaborate with store leaders on daily operations
Coach and train team members
Support stock and merchandising tasks
Ensure performance, cleanliness, and visual standards
Requirements:

Minimum two years of retail sales experience
Customer service leadership experience
Flexibility for weekdays, weeknights, and weekends
Availability for 30 to 40 hours weekly
Capacity to move loads up to 50 pounds
Use customer service leadership, décor guidance, and operational skills to support Urban Barn’s Red Deer store.
