Electrical Distributor Counter Sales Specialist

Support electrical customers at EB Horsman & Son through counter sales, product expertise, order accuracy, and clear communication in Vernon.
As a Customer Service - Counter Sales employee, you will help branch customers select products and resolve questions. The position requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail. You will also support warehouse responsibilities, including inventory, order assembly, shipping, receiving, and stock keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent service and build customer relationships
Process product quotations, sales, and customer inquiries
Manage multiple requests, priorities, and timelines
Operate phones, computers, and internal systems
Support packing, shipping, receiving, and warehouse maintenance
Requirements:
High school completion
Comfort with technology and learning new software programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage interruptions and competing priorities
