Shipping Foreperson Logistics Inventory
Ben-Mor Cables Inc.
Coordinate shipping and inventory operations at Ben-Mor as a full-time, permanent Shipping Foreperson on-site during the day shift. Use Excel, ERP systems, and analytical skills daily.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position supports shipping and receiving coordination. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, meet deadlines, follow procedures, and achieve departmental objectives. French command and functional English support communication with carriers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily shipping activities
Manage inventory levels in the shipping picking area
Verify physical inventory and maintain accurate data
Confirm containers and plan incoming shipments
Manage shipping documents and shipment tracking
Requirements:
Two years of relevant logistics experience or equivalent education
Excellent French and functional English communication skills
Proficiency with Excel, ERP, and inventory software
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage priorities, pressure, and deadlines
